Return Policy

Please note that assembly is required on most products.
We've outlined the following to help guide you with the return process.

45 Day Return Policy

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 45 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Only unassembled, uninstalled items are eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns on custom, made to order, open box, or modified products. They are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Parts and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes the following but is not limited to: medallions, remotes, down rods, crystal prisms, and other miscellaneous pieces.
  • Aladdin Light Lift, Inc. items cannot be returned. This includes all Aladdin Light Lifts, Aladdin Light Lift Parts and Accessories.
  • The buyer will be responsible to cover all return shipping costs, unless an item is received damaged or there was some error on our part.
  • Returns are not accepted on any orders processed with a store credit.
  • A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, less a manufacturers restocking fee of 15% and the cost of outbound shipping.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued until we are in receipt of the returned product.

Requesting A Return:

  • Please address all return requests via email to support@wegotlites.com or by telephone at 866-415-4837.
  • If eligible, return orders will be issued an RMA number by Customer Service via email.
  • All return packages must include the provided Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) on the return shipping label.
  • Please be aware that any returns without an RMA number may be delayed and/or not accepted.

Return Shipping Process:

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product to avoid additional deductions from your credit card. It is recommended to return products in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials.
  • We are NOT liable for any packages that are lost in transit. In addition, we suggest that you provide us with a tracking number for your return package(s).
  • You are responsible for all freight charges and duties/taxes for applicable out-of-country residents shipping into the US.
  • Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Only items purchased from WeGotLites.com are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail or by phone to the number you provide on your account should your return not be accepted. Items will be present to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we are not contacted within 30 days.

Damage Policy:

All items are shipped to you in secure packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. However, sometimes damage does unfortunately occur in shipping. With that said, we request that you inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.

  • In the unlikely event that you find an issue with your item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • We will replace either the damaged parts or complete item at no cost to you.
  • In order to process your claim as efficiently as possible, we ask that you send us a photo of any damages/defects to your merchandise.
  • There is a one year limited warranty on products.
